Triumph Strength & Conditioning is the only individualized, semi private performance facility in the DFW area. Everything is based on assessment and the coaching is completed at a 1:6 coach to client ratio. Additionally, we provide a second to none training environment where clients will not only feel as though they are part of a family, but will push each other to be the best they can be.
